Executive Director
Founder and Owner of Status Pro Consulting, Lutz has over 30 years international IT Project, Program and Portfolio Delivery Experience, including over 8 years at Tier 1 Consulting Senior Management Level.

Outside work, and in addition to being a devoted husband to his wife and business partner Inca, Lutz is passionate about riding his motorbike, photography, and long walks with his dog Max.

In addition to her ongoing thriving career in Medical Devices, Inca is managing Status Pro Consulting's internal workings, thus ensures that Lutz can focus his energies on providing the best possible services to our clients.
In her personal time, Inca is a passionate cook (much to her husbands delight...), she loves Yoga, and has a never-ending thirst to discover new ways of healthy living.

Chief Fun Officer
Since joining our team, Max plays a crucial role in the continued success of the business, by ensuring that we stay healthy by having plenty of exercise.
And when he is not chasing birds, boats, jet skis and kite-surfers, Max spends most of his time dreaming of his next adventures, and of ever-new ways of keeping Inca and Lutz entertained (and busy...).
